That's why we confidently stand behind the quality of our products by offering a transparent and fair guarantee.

Important clarification:

The warranty we provide reflects our confidence in the quality of our products and does not mean that their life is limited to this period only.
On the contrary - Thermal Decor products are designed to last over 10-15 years under normal operation.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Defects related to production – deformations, delamination, cracks that are not caused by mechanical or external factors.

  • Significant color change/fading during normal use of the product.

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow the installation and operating instructions.

  • Intentional damage or improper treatment.

  • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (hail, storms, floods, etc.).

  • Damage from aggressive chemicals or cleaning agents.

Standard warranty

  • 5 years for the structural integrity of the panels
  • 2 years for color fastness.

Extended warranty

  • 10 years for the structural integrity of the panels
  • 5 years for color fastness.

To benefit from our extended warranty, the following conditions must be met:
1. Apply our protective finish .
2. Send photos after installation to info@thermaldecor.com

How to file a complaint?

In case you have a complaint, contact us and provide:

  • Proof of purchase.

  • Photos and description of the problem that occurred.

Our team will carefully review your request and contact you as soon as possible to resolve the problem.

Explanations:

"Structural integrity" means maintaining the shape, stability and functionality of the panel - without deformation, peeling (of the plaster from the panel) or structural damage to the base.
Cosmetic changes that do not affect the strength, thermal insulation properties or overall functioning of the product are not considered a defect.

"Color fastness" refers to the long-term preservation of the appearance of the panels.
They have a UV-resistant coating, which guarantees stable color and effect for years under normal use.
The warranty only covers clearly visible fading or discoloration that goes beyond the limits of natural and visually acceptable aging of the material.
